In 2008, when Caterpillar® discontinued the CCM Module, Monico filled the gap by creating the CDL Gateway™—a rugged, protocol-aware device designed specifically for CAT engine monitoring. It supports all essential communication and data points from CAT engines, generator control panels, and marine systems. It polls between 20 and 60 parameters per second and is capable of monitoring unlimited parameters with virtually no setup required.

Do I need any special software to configure the CDL Gateway™?
No proprietary software is needed. The Gateway is configured via a built-in USB user interface that appears automatically when plugged into a Windows-based computer. Users can easily assign IP addresses, set port configurations, and view active data parameters.
Can the CDL Gateway™ integrate with SCADA or the PI System?
