CDL Gateway™
The CDL Gateway™ is a plug & play customer interface solution for Caterpillar® industrial engines. It is pre-configured to reduce or eliminate setup time and installation is extremely easy. It operates directly on the Cat® data link without any modules or drivers needed. It supports all operational, performance, and maintenance parameters including complete Fault Code support. The basic CDL Gateway™ is a data concentrator and protocol converter. Besides the dedicated CDL port, it also has three serial ports and one Ethernet port which can talk up to seven protocols simultaneously.

J1939 Gateway™
The J1939 Gateway™ is a plug & play customer interface solution that supports the S.A.E. J1939 protocol over CANbus which is used extensively in mobile equipment. Our gateway supports all standard parameters and OEM proprietary parameters. Like our other gateways, we provide pre-configured solutions that convert J1939 to many different standard protocols, many specific PLC languages, and supports many languages used by building management systems.

EMCP 3 Gateway™
The EMCP 3 Gateway is a specific version of the J1939 Gateway intended to provide a detailed customer interface between the EMCP 3 series of generator sets and the customer’s equipment. It resides on the J1939 link between the Generator Set Controller and the Engine ECM, where it can provide detailed operational, performance, and maintenance parameters including Active Diagnostic Codes and Previously Active Diagnostic Codes.

Custom Protocol Gateway™
The Custom Protocol Gateway™ product has up to five serial ports which can each talk one protocol, and one Ethernet port which can talk four protocols simultaneous. Besides extra serial ports, we have expansion modules for popular protocols such as DeviceNet and Profibus. Like our other products, we offer over 80 protocols to choose from. We typically supply a pre-configured solution using customer supplied mapping.

CCM Translator
The CCM Translator is a legacy product that works in conjunction with the Caterpillar® CCM Module. It converts this non-standard protocol into Modbus RTU over serial. Since the CCM Module is obsolete, we only support the CCM Translator for spare parts in existing applications
