Monico specializes in communications with Industrial Engines, Generator Sets, Marine Propulsion and Auxiliary Engines, and Heavy Construction Equipment using many different standard and non-standard protocols. In particular, our experience in communicating with Caterpillar® equipment and the extraordinary success of the Monico CCM Translator has earned us a world-wide reputation with Dealers, OEM's and End-Users. These customers have learned over many years that they can always count on Monico to provide a pre-configured solution that requires no programming and very little setup, a product that works right the first time, with excellent support and immediate service after the sale.

Over the last 6-8 years our reputation in the field of communications with the Caterpillar® line of engines and Generator Sets has earned us the opportunity to service dealers in Taiwan, China, Europe, Russia, the Middle East, Australia, South America and almost every dealer in the U.S. In addition, we enjoy tremendous loyalty from the integrators and OEM's that deal with this equipment on a regular basis. Through this business we have learned what dealers and integration specialists want in an engine interface. The culmination of this experience is our new product the Monico CDL Gateway™.

The Monico CDL Gateway is the first in a series of product introductions based on our new platform that does not require any intermediary devices such as the CCM module or the PL1000E. These new introductions will include new HMI products and on-site real-time monitoring systems. Also, we are no longer limited to Modbus as our only host protocol. When you look through the links for this new product, you will see only a fraction of the protocols and formats of which we are capable. Particularly exciting is the ability to push engine data directly to all major brands of PLC's without any intermediary devices.
